NBI's Workmanship Guarantees
|
Installers accepted into the NBI Locator program have agreed to honor these guarantees, provided you, the consumer comply with NBI's Terms of Service, and:

| * | You are "on site" at the time the services are being performed, and |
| * | The service is provided for manually operated blinds or shades (not shutters, draperies, light sealed systems, outdoor/exterior shades or awnings, window tint, specialty shaped windows, or motorization), unless explicitly agreed to in writing by the installer, and |
| * | You have paid the installer, in full, for all services provided. |

Measuring |
| The installer guarantees that if (s)he incorrectly measures the width and height of window treatments, the installer will repair or replace the window treatments free of charge and to your reasonable satisfaction, provided: |
| * | The installation service is performed by the same person or company that provided the measuring service, within 6 months of the measurement date, and |
| * | You order the window coverings to the exact specifications recorded by the installer. |

Installation |
The installer guarantees the quality of installation workmanship, and will correct any installation problems free of charge for 12 months, provided you complete NBI's online Customer Survey within 30 days of installation or completion.
