By using the "NBI Locator Service" to contact, or work with, NBI's Installers you agree to the following terms. Service -- The NBI Locator Service is licensed and paid for by the Internet sites that offer it to their customers (the "Introducing Sites"), and is limited to providing you with an Installer's information. Any work performed, or guarantees offered will be based exclusively on the mutual agreement between you and the Installer. Authorized Use -- "Authorized Use" of the NBI Locator Service is FREE, and will introduce you to a local "Installer" to measure and/or install window coverings (which must be purchased from an Introducing Site) at a single location. You just pay the Installer directly for their labor. However, if you distribute or use the Installer's contact information other than for your Authorized Use, you agree to pay NBI $50 per occurrence. Payment to the Installer -- The Installer's fees are not included in any price you may pay for window coverings. You agree to pay the Installer directly at the time any service is performed, in cash or check, together with any applicable taxes. The Approximate Labor Rates that NBI provides do not include other charges which may apply such as extra travel, high ladder work, installation into concrete, removal of existing blinds, additional visits your location for reasons outside the Installer's control. Site Preparation -- Prior to the Installer measuring your windows, you agree to decide on the type of product for which they are to measure. Before any visit remove any "breakables" from the work areas, secure pets and make sure someone over the age of 18 is on site who is authorized to make decisions relating to your window covering project. Information Provided -- You confirm that the name, phone number and email address that you entered are yours, and that you are the person who will be working with, and paying, the Installer, and be on-site during the work. Should you hire the Installer, you agree to fill out a simple online Completion Survey. Limitations of the Locator Service -- Samples, color swatches and product selection advice should be obtained from the Introducing Site, not the Installer. Also, NBI selects Installers who are experienced with indoor manually operated standard blinds and shades, and NBI makes no claim that they are experienced with other window covering products such as draperies, shutters, light sealed systems, motorization, specialty shaped windows or outdoor shades/awnings. NBI's sole responsibility is to provide you with the Installer's information and NBI, the Introducing Sites, and our employees, agents and contractors accept no other liability or obligation. Installer Guarantees -- Installer's Workmanship and Measuring Guarantees are offered subject to you complying with these Terms and the conditions stated in the Guarantees.
