Measure Form
NBI has developed a measure form that is customized for every Job -- which you should print from the "New Job" email we send you for each job requiring a measure. When it's completed, fax it to the number at the top of the form, and NBI will upload an image so that it can be accessed via the Job Page by the website, customer, you and NBI.
If you need to re-write the form, where the customer signs:
* write "signed on original" and initial it
* keep the original on file in case we need the version with the customer's signature.
We also have a blank "generic" for for you to print a few and have them in your vehicle: Page 1 & Page 2+. So that NBI knows who the measure form is for, remember to write in:
* the NBI Job # in the top left corner
* and, if there is more than one measure page for a job, the page sequence
(e.g. 1 of 3, 2 of 3, etc) underneath the Job No.
Job Management System -- NBI's online system is now operational. To play with the system (this is a demo site, so no records will be updated, or e-mails sent) visit Job 101,999's page. You can also directly visit the Help page.
Referral Fees -- The current referral fees are $5/treatment installed. Referral fees can be mailed in after each job, or monthly:
- If after each job: write the Job # on the check.
- If you prefer monthly, send payments with a completed NBI Technician Control Sheet.
Workmanship Guarantee -- These are the current guarantees that you have agreed to honor: NBI's Workmanship Guarantees.
Customer Terms -- These are terms that customers have accepted: NBI's Terms of Service.
Onsite Troubleshooting Guide -- In the unlikely event there is an issue while on a job site, we have listed the actions to take depending on the issue in our Troubleshooting Guide. Print this out and keep it with you in case you come across a problem.
