Job Management System -- NBI's online system is now operational. To play with the system (this is a demo site, so no records will be updated, or e-mails sent) visit Job 101,999's page.  You can also directly visit the Help page.

Referral Fees -- The current referral fees are $5/treatment installed.  Referral fees can be mailed in after each job, or monthly:
   - If after each job: write the Job # (0) on the check.
   - If you prefer monthly, send payments with a completed NBI Technician Control Sheet.

Onsite Troubleshooting Procedure -- In the unlikely event there is an issue while on a job site, I have listed the actions to take depending on the issue in our Onsite Issue Troubleshooting. Print this out and keep it with you in case you come across a problem.

Measuring Forms -- If a client requests a pre-measure, they should print their web site specific measuring form using the link in our e-mail to them. But here is a link to a "General measure form" -- doesn't hurt to print a few to keep in your work vehicle.
